Our campsite is a special meeting place where what has always belonged together naturally grows together without pressure: people who live and share experiences together regardless of their background, social situation or personal challenges. At Camping Kaul, operated by COOPERATIONS in Wiltz, we deliberately pursue an inclusive approach by integrating people with a special status as employees in the campsite operations and bringing them into direct contact with our guests. This unique experience arises from the interaction of different groups in a natural environment where everyone contributes to and benefits from the community.

Our employees with a special status are not only staff members, but important members of our camping community. They work in various areas of the campsite – whether at reception, in maintenance or in guest services. These activities create natural opportunities for meaningful social interaction between our employees and our guests.
