What happens if I arrive late and the reception is already closed?
Please let us know in advance, and we will prepare a key safe for you. This way, you can access your pitch or chalet at any time. We will call you if we notice that you haven’t arrived shortly before the reception closes.
Please make sure we have your correct phone number.
How does the key safe work?
You’ll receive an email with your personal code, detailed instructions, and photos. Important: we need your correct email address!
Inside the key safe, you will find a site map showing the location of your pitch or chalet, and your key which gives you access to the chalet and/or sanitary facilities. Please call us if you plan to arrive late. We’re happy to prepare the key safe for you.
Are dogs allowed on the campsite?
Yes, dogs are very welcome here. On the pitches they stay free of charge. In the chalets, there is a daily fee plus a one-time cleaning fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog into the chalet – we’re happy to advise. The Ardenne chalets are most suitable. The TAOS and Emotion chalets are only accessible via a metal staircase. Directly from the campsite, you can access a beautiful forest for long walks – no need to cross any roads.
Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.
Can I arrive without a reservation?
If you would like to stay in one of our beautiful chalets, we recommend making a reservation. During high season and public holidays, a reservation is required.
Travelling with a camper, caravan or tent?
In most cases, spontaneous arrivals are possible.

Is there a bread delivery service or a restaurant on site?
You can choose: a lovingly prepared full breakfast delivered to your chalet or pitch, or fresh bread, rolls and pastries from our kiosk. Please ask for the kiosk’s opening hours at reception: call +352 95 03 59 1 or email info@kaul.lu. We’re happy to provide information about our services and nearby restaurants.
Are the pitches equipped with electricity?
Yes, the pitches for campers and caravans have electricity and water connections. Both are included in the price. Please bring your own cables and CE adapter. If you forget anything, we can lend you adapters and extension cords.
Are the sanitary facilities heated and clean?
Yes, our sanitary facilities are heated. They are cleaned daily and checked multiple times. If you notice anything, please let us know. Our goal is top cleanliness and your satisfaction.
Can I wash and dry my clothes?
Yes, a washing machine and dryer are available. You can buy tokens (€5) at the reception.
When is check-in and when do I have to leave?
Booked a pitch?
Check-in: 12:00 – 16:00 or later with key safe
Check-out: by 12:00
Booked a chalet?
Check-in: 15:00 – 16:00 or later with key safe
Check-out: by 10:00
Arriving early?
You can already check in. We’ll be happy to advise you on things to do until your accommodation is ready. Access to the pool is already possible (during high season).
Is grilling allowed on the pitch?
Yes, grilling is allowed. You can buy charcoal and firelighters at our kiosk. Please do not grill on the chalet terraces, only next to them. Depending on availability, you can borrow a grill from us. Ask at reception. A communal area with bench and table is also available for a relaxed barbecue.

What sports equipment can I borrow?
You can borrow footballs, basketballs, beach volleyballs, pétanque balls, badminton and table tennis rackets, and board games free of charge.
Pool access (during high season) is included in your stay. Ask for pool opening hours at reception.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented for a fee (during high season). Ask at reception.
