General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Camping Kaul

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Camping Kaul, 60 Campingstrooss, L-9556 Wiltz, represented by Christophe Kremer, and its customers. By booking a pitch, rental accommodation, or other services, the customer acknowledges these terms.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer makes a booking and Camping Kaul subsequently confirms the booking. Bookings can be made in writing, by phone, online via the website www.kaul.lu, or in person.

Services

The scope of contractual services is determined by the current service description on the website www.kaul.lu or by an individual offer from Camping Kaul.

Prices and Payment Terms

The prices agreed upon at the time of booking apply. Prices are stated in EUR / € / euro and include statutory VAT.
Payment must be made as follows:

• At the latest on the day of arrival or upon arrival, but always before occupancy of the rental unit, pitch, or tent site.

Arrival and Departure

Rented pitches and tent sites are available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and rental accommodations are available from 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, pitches must be vacated by 12:00 p.m., and rental accommodations by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

In the event of a cancellation, the following rule applies at the discretion of Camping Kaul:
A credit note or refund of payments made will be issued, minus any costs already incurred.

Guest Obligations

Guests are obliged to observe the campsite rules of Camping Kaul, which they receive upon arrival at the reception.
Pets are only allowed with prior registration and approval by Camping Kaul. Applicable rules for pets must be followed.

Liability

Camping Kaul is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by Camping Kaul. Camping Kaul accepts no liability for the guest’s personal belongings.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders, pandemics), Camping Kaul reserves the right to cancel bookings or restrict stays. In such cases, a credit note or refund of payments made will be issued, minus any costs already incurred.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the privacy policy at www.kaul.lu.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies. The place of jurisdiction is Diekirch.
