Camping Kaul is a welcoming place where inclusion is lived – our employees look after the well-being of our guests and jointly create a harmonious atmosphere. Together we create a unique camping experience in which everyone can benefit and learn from each other.

Camping Kaul  is a special place of encounter where everything that has always belonged together naturally and without compulsion grows finally together: people who live and make experiences together regardless of their background, social background or personal challenges. At Camping Kaul, run by COOPERATIONS in Wiltz, we consciously take an inclusive approach by integrating people with special status into the campsite as employees and bringing them into direct contact with our guests. A special experience is created by the mixing of different groups in a natural environment where everyone contributes to and benefits from the community.

Our employees with a disability are not only employees, but also important members of our camping community. They work in various services of the campsite – be it reception, maintenance or housekeeping. These activities create natural opportunities for meaningful social encounters between our staff and our guests.
